Refund and Cancellation Policy

WISMOlabs provides a cloud-based post-purchase experience platform, delivering comprehensive order tracking and shipment communications to enhance your customers’ satisfaction. All fees and charges for WISMOlabs’ services are quoted and payable in U.S. Dollars (USD).

At WISMOlabs, we value your business and strive to deliver exceptional service. To ensure complete transparency, please review our refund and cancellation terms below.

Term Commitment:

  • Your subscription term and renewal structure are defined in the Service Order Form (SOW). Terms may be monthly, annual, or multi-year.
  • Once you enter into the chosen term, you are committed through the end of that term. This commitment applies whether it’s a monthly, annual, or multi-year subscription period.

Refunds:

  • All subscription fees are final once processed.
  • No refunds, credits, or prorations are provided, including if you choose to discontinue use of the service before the term concludes.
  • If a free trial is offered, you may cancel at any time before it ends. Once the trial transitions into a paid term, refunds are not available.

Cancellations and Non-Renewal:

  • For monthly subscriptions, you may opt out of renewal by providing notice according to the SOW’s specified timeline. The subscription will remain active through the end of the current month’s billing cycle.
  • For annual or multi-year terms, you must provide written notice of non-renewal as outlined in the SOW (e.g., at least 30 days before the current term ends). The subscription will continue through the remaining term, with no refunds for early termination.
  • Mid-term cancellations are not permitted once a term has started.
